LOL You mean...the tree-house in the movie 'Sense & Sensibility'? Sweet!
Hey Jenny, Here in the states there are no restrictions that I am aware of concerning towing rights except that it cannot be over 13' 6" high and 8' 6" wide. Most major highways have overpasses and bridges set to 15' 6". You must check your routes on secondary, county and city roads before you engage to make sure the clearances are there. Most often they are. So far, if your house is on wheels, there are no codes that I am aware of that would prevent you from building. Canada may be different however although there are quite a few Canadians who have built their own.

I know there are size restrictions, but anything else I should consider?
